A Message to Our Guests

Thank you for your support and for your feedback. As some of you may have noticed, our concept is a departure from the conventional high-end steakhouse.Though we are rooted in tradition; we have a more casual vibe. In this great neighborhood that we share, our team aims to provide excellent service, and food of the highest quality, much of which is farm to table. All of our steaks are sourced from a local butchery, and much of our seafood is provided by local waterman. You won’t find the quality meats that we offer at a lower price anywhere else. You as our guests have the option to spend as little or as much as you want. So whether you join us for a great burger at the bar or a USDA Prime steak; we welcome you. We also have a section of the menu that is dedicated to offering healthy, organic, gluten free and dairy free options.The team’s wine philosophy is the same. Eighty percent of our wine is either organic or biodynamic. You won’t find many establishment wines on our list. We have over 200 labels ranging from $20 to $300. As our sommelier would say, you are not going to pay two or three times more for a name. We support small farm winemakers who we believe to have a superior and more impassioned product at a lower price. We dance to a different tune and we play our music a little louder. We realize that we won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. However, if you are looking for a fun place for a date night or for the entire family, that offers food, wine, and cocktails of the highest quality; we are your spot!We look forward to serving you.

The Inspiration behind Pascal's Chophouse

Owners, Robert and Caroline Pascal, have returned to their roots with the opening of Pascal’s Chophouse. Robert grew up in Severna Park and later graduated from Washington College in Chestertown on Maryland’s beautiful Eastern Shore. He began his hospitality career at the St. Michaels Harbour Inn, Marina & Spa- owned by his grandfather and former Executive for Anne Arundel County, Robert A. Pascal. In 2010, Robert took over operations of the Harbour Inn and his love for top-notch customer service and hospitality took flight. Not long after, he married a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Caroline Clemens. Together their passion for quality food and fine wine lead them to purchasing Bistro St. Michaels, a fine-dining Euro-American establishment in downtown St. Michaels, Maryland. After a successful few years of serving some of the Eastern Shore’s finest cuisine, Robert and Caroline wanted to go back to where it all began- Severna Park. Pascal’s Chophouse was born. Unlike our other entities in the Pascal Family Group, Robert and Caroline were able to build this adventure from scratch. With 3 year-old Hays and 1 year-old Lila in tow, details like an open-air kitchen, carefully selected wine list, and some of the highest quality USDA prime beef helped craft what they now call home at Pascal’s Chophouse.
