Thank you for your support and for your feedback. As some of you may have noticed, our concept is a departure from the conventional high end steakhouse.
Though we are rooted in tradition; we have a more casual vibe. In this great neighborhood that we share, our team aims to provide excellent service, and food of the highest quality, much of which is farm to table. All of our steaks are USDA prime, sourced from a local butchery. You won’t find the quality meats that we offer at a lower price anywhere else. You as our guests have the option to spend as little or as much as you want. So whether you join us for a great burger at the bar or a USDA Prime steak; we welcome you. We also have a section of the menu that is dedicated to offering healthy, organic, gluten free and dairy free options.
The team’s wine philosophy is the same. Eighty percent of our wine is either organic or biodynamic. You won’t find many establishment wines on our list. We have over 200 labels ranging from $20 to $300. As our sommelier would say, you are not going to pay two or three times more for a name. We support small farm winemakers who we believe to have a superior and more impassioned product at a lower price. We dance to a different tune and we play our music a little louder. We realize that we won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. However, if you are looking for a fun place for a date night or for the entire family, that offers food, wine, and cocktails of the highest quality; we are your spot!
